Our Projects

Suncoast Sport Car

For quite a while now we’ve been working closely with Suncoast Sports Cars Australia & NZ in the development of their GTZ kit car. Glen has the Australian and New Zealand rights to this design and employed us to take care of the moulds and parts production.

The body panels are full composite and there is a range of standard colours to choose from. This allows the total weight to be kept low with the whole car weighing in at 500kg giving an awesome power to weight ratio. Glen takes care of the chassis design and provides a comprehensive kit to his customers which allows the GTZ to comply with ADR and be fully road registerable.
The GTZ looks great! Perfect for the amature racer or someone looking to build an awesome weekend toy.

Terex AT40 Development

The AT40 Franna from Terex.

Over 8 months we have been working very closely with the design and RnD team at Terex to develop their latest Franna. In total for this one model we have produced 19 external parts and 8 internal parts. Everything on this crane has been designed from scratch. This crane is a game changer and the 1st one off the production line. It is more aestheticly pleasing externally and the in cab environment is more refined and comfortable for the operators.

It’s awesome to see the finished product after months of looking at cad models and technical drawings.
